Water your philodendron

Feeding Philodendron

The soil of the Philodendron contains nutrients. After 20 weeks, the Strelitzia has often used up these nutrients. After this period, the Philodendron will enjoy getting some nutrition. Take care! Only give the Philodendron some extra nutrition in spring and summer! In autumn and winter, the Philodendron is in a dormant state. Then extra feeding can even be harmful for this houseplant. So only give the Philodendron extra nutrition in spring and summer!

Is the Philodendron poisonous?

Unfortunately, the Philodendron is slightly poisonous. So be careful with small children and pets. However, a Philodendron is only poisonous if ingested. So take care that small children and pets do not consume the leaves of the Philodendron!
