Shipping & returns

How will my plant be shipped?
Do you love plants as much as we do? That's convenient! All our plants are grown with a lot of love. In addition, your houseplant is also packed and shipped with care and attention. Our specially developed plant packaging is completely plastic-free and the plants are delivered to your door within 1 to 7 working days!

Can I return my order?
It can sometimes happen that something goes wrong during transport. Is this the case? Please let us know immediately! In this case, we will always provide a suitable solution! You can contact our customer service at [email protected]. Mention your order number and send some photos immediately!
 
Please note that plants cannot be returned! Is the pot or something else you ordered not to your liking? This can of course happen. At Wickplants it is possible to return it within 14 days of the invoice date. 
 
Return procedure
To send your return in the right way, please follow the steps below:
1. To know that the return is from you, you will need to add a note with the order number to the return.
2. Pack the return in the original packaging with the note with your order number inside.
3. Take your return to the nearest delivery point and have it shipped to Wickplants' head office:

Return conditions
- Returns can be made within the stipulated period of 14 days.
- The return costs are for your own account.
- Besides the costs, the risk of shipping is for your own account.
- The articles you wish to return must be sent back in one shipment to ensure that the return shipment can be processed as quickly as possible. 
- Once Wickplants has received the returned products, we will issue a refund.
- Is your return shipment missing? No investigation will be launched without a Track & Trace code. Please keep the proof of shipment with Track & Trace code until you have received your refund, otherwise you may not be eligible for the refund. 
 
Is your order not correct?
We will of course resolve this as soon as possible! Send us a WhatsApp message on +31 6 15 30 02 02 or email us at [email protected]. Please include your name, order number and the products concerned. This way we can help you with the solution as soon as possible!
 
Exchange?
It is not possible to exchange items. Do you want a different type? Then you can place a new order. Have you applied a discount code and this code no longer works? Then unfortunately you cannot use it here.

Please contact Wickplants customer service to make your complaint. Send an e-mail to [email protected] and we will look for a suitable solution together!
