The Polyscias Hawaiiana Ming is also called the Aralia. Polyscias means 'a lot of shade' in Greek. It gets its name from the fact that it gives shade to other plants in the Jungle. Here, this houseplant grows into a large, tall tree that provides shade to other plants in the Jungle. Combined with the Scott Gold, your Polyscias Hawaiiana will never get too much or too little water.
The Polyscias Hawaiiana Ming likes a spot where there is daylight. Place the Aralia in a spot where it can receive several hours of indirect sunlight. Don't put it too dark, as daylight does benefit it. Make sure not to move this houseplant too often, because Polyscias Hawaiiana Ming does not like that. This Aralia is quite sensitive to draughts.
The Polyscias Hawaiiana Ming is not poisonous!
The Wick Way is the system that makes the plants water themselves! All you have to do is top up the water reservoir when the water meter indicates. The Polyscias Hawaiiana Ming comes in a grow pot with wicks inside. All Wickplants will be delivered to you in a shipping box specially designed for Wickplants. The houseplants stand firmly in the box, so they cannot move in any direction. This is due to the unique interior inside the box. It doesn't matter if the houseplants spend a day in a dark box! This way, we make sure your Wickplants are delivered neatly to your home. The pot is delivered in a shipping box with a water reservoir, water gauge, frame and decorative stones!
