How does it work?

Product description

Please note! The height may vary by a few centimetres.

The Spathiphyllum is a flowering houseplant. Because of its white flowers, which resemble a spoon, it is also called the Spoon Plant. After about three months, it is possible that the flower turns green, this is a sign that it has finished flowering and is dying off. Don't worry, later it will give new flowers again! Should green flowers appear much earlier, it could be that the Spoon Plant receives too little light. In combination with the Joy White L, your Spathiphyllum will never again receive too much or too little water. When placed in the right spot, it will have the longest flowering period, thanks to Wickplants' unique watering system!

Location of the Spathiphyllum

The Spathiphyllum prefers a light spot. In this, the Spathiphyllum should be in direct sunlight for a maximum of one hour. It is important to choose a very light spot where indirect sunlight enters. If the Spoonplant is in direct sunlight for too long, the leaves will turn yellow and the flowers brown.

Is the Spathiphyllum poisonous?

The Spathiphyllum is mildly poisonous. We advise against consuming the Spoonplant. Take care with small children and pets.

Water requirements - The Wick Way

The Wick Way is the system that makes the plants water themselves! All you have to do is refill the water reservoir when the water meter indicates. With The Wick Way, your plant will never again receive too much or too little water. Your Wickplants will stay alive longer, beautiful and it saves you caring for your plants! Take Care The Wick Way!
